A $400 million film lecturing about the evils of Capitalism? Oh really? When it has to break even at $800 million? Colonialism? Whose? islamic colonialism? Black African colonialism? Asian colonialism? 'Why are you here?' mumbled a Na'avi in the first film. I wondered the same thing. No wonder Avatar was forgotten. It influenced nothing of popular culture. Three hours plus, it felt like five hours. P.S: Funny how for a civillization and culture that the Na'av created nothing. |
